I'm Bryce Bernard. For 15 years I ran marketing inside the companies most consultants have only read about — then I started Repiensa to bring that experience to businesses that need it.

THE BACKGROUND

I didn't learn marketing from a textbook. I ran it at scale.

My career has been spent inside the operations most agencies pitch from the outside.

I managed local visibility and paid media across 5,000+ locations and 10 to 12 national franchise brands at the largest home services franchisor in North America. I oversaw roughly a million dollars a year in Yelp advertising and authored the proposal that brought listings management in-house, saving the network more than $350,000. That's where my franchise marketing experience was forged: not in theory, but in the daily reality of making local marketing work across thousands of locations.

In higher education, I directed more than $3 million in annual paid media across 3 educational sectors — enrollment campaigns where every dollar was measured against real student outcomes. Earlier, at Career Quest Learning Centers, I led marketing end to end, from TV commercial production to cutting materials costs by 25%. That work shaped how I approach marketing for education today: accountable, enrollment-focused, and built to convert.

Across every role, the throughline has been the same — I was the person responsible for the result, not just the activity.

I founded Repiensa Consulting in 2014 on a simple premise: most growing businesses can't justify a full-time CMO, but they desperately need CMO-level thinking.
